Once payment is complete, download the transcript request form and complete. Email completed and signed request form as well as any additional forms needing to be attached to official transcript to info@healthscienceconsulting.com. Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days for processing. Transcripts are sent via email as a digital transcript.
NOTE: Transcripts will not be released if the student has an outstanding financial obligation to the HSC.
A transcript is an official record from your current or former institution giving a breakdown of the marks or grades you have achieved during your study.
Official transcripts are often certified with a signature or stamp, or may be supplied via a secure electronic sharing system.
